Horrible Company!!! with very unprofesional customer service Team!!!
I created an account almost 4 weeks ago. they gave me KFC 2 level verification, but didn't have an option to deposite. they were requiering for that Video Call only with Skype. I arranged Skype account extra for that case and made Video Verification, afterwords they still did't unblock my account. Customer service representative in live chat was claiming that it happaned because of my age ("age limit police") I had no Idea about it before. Verification team even clocked me in Skype! If they were not planing to give me an payment option because of my age, i'm 68 years old (which they knew through my dokuments, what I've sent them 3 weeks ago) why they still forced me to do Video Call ??? I've never heard such an unprofesional behavior before, and I totally not recomend this Company to anybody! there are several really good Crypto platforms BUT NEVER make a decicion to deal with OKCOIN!

Not for a novice trader. Mostly designed for a seasoned trader. Fees are by far the best compared to any big exchange.

I do not recommend this company. I have send them 100 Euro, this money never appeared on my account. They still want some additional "proofs" and "documents" in spite they clearly state that I am verified level 1 and I can deposit and withdraw up to 2000USD. They are or thieves or or scammers or simple unprofessional

I opened an account with them and passed Level 1 and then Level 2. I then proceeded to put a small amount of funds into the account, buy bitcoin, and transfer it to my wallet, just to test the system. I go to withdrawal and I see that my withdrawal has been suspended. At this point I have done no other transactions. Support, after many messages, tell me among other things, they need a picture of my wallet. This is absurd, why would they need this? I refused and now my funds are frozen and nobody seems to want to give me my funds back. I am happy that I tested the system with only a small amount, so it will not hurt me. But it seems to me this is a scam, to take your funds. I have done nothing wrong, was accepted for level 2 and cant even transfer 120 Euros. Watch out!
